6 years agoCharlotte Hornets point guard Kemba Walker dropped 32 points to lead his squad during Wednesday’s win over the New Orleans Pelicans. Walker continues to attempt to pull Charlotte toward a playoff berth, seeing a massive workload on a nightly basis, adding seven assists, three rebounds, two steals and a 12-for-13 outing from the free-throw stripe to his scoring Wednesday. He was held in check by the Toronto Raptors, whom he faces Friday, in their last meeting on March 24 to the tune of a 3-for-17 performance. With the Hornets’ playoff hopes fading, expect Walker to be the focal point of their offense.--Jesse Borek
