Kemba Walker Pours In Season-High 39 Points In Return
5 years agoThe last time that Boston Celtics point guard Kemba Walker was seen by many fans was when he was stretchered out of the arena Friday versus Sacramento. Fast-forward to Wednesday’s win over the Brooklyn Nets, and Walker, who returned from a neck sprain, dropped a season-high 39 points on 13-for-24 shooting, including going 6-for-10 from behind the arc. It was an all-around tremendous performance from Walker, who appeared as if he had never missed a step, also adding six rebounds and four assists to his total. Fortunately for the team’s leading scorer, he’ll be facing Brooklyn again Friday, looking to pick up where he left off.
