6 years agoCharlotte Hornets point guard Kemba Walker finished Friday’s loss to the Utah Jazz with 21 points on 9-for-17 shooting, but went just 1-for-6 from deep. Getting strong looks against the Jazz can be tough but mark that down as the second consecutive 1-for-6 performance from three-point range for Walker. He entered the night leading the league in both made threes and threes attempted, so don’t expect him to hesitate any time soon, averaging 9.4 shots from long range per game. He’ll get the chance to bounce back against the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday, which should deliver a fast-paced showdown.--Jesse Borek
