Kemba Walker Will Sit Out Saturday’s Contest
4 years agoBoston Celtics point guard Kemba Walker (knee, rest) has been ruled out for Saturday's game versus Oklahoma City as the team continues to manage his workload, specifically during back-to-backs. Marcus Smart can be expected to see a larger ball-handling role, while Payton Pritchard also stands to see an elevated role, making him a relevant DFS commodity. Walker has been uber-aggressive when on the floor as of late, particularly from behind the arc, hoisting at least seven triples in each of his last seven outings. It will be a point of interest down the stretch to see if Boston removes his rest days as the playoffs near. Fantasy managers can fully expect him back Monday against the Pelicans.
