Kendrick Nunn Drops 25 Points During Breakout Performance
5 years agoMiami Heat point/shooting guard Kendrick Nunn has used the first week of the 2019-20 NBA campaign to put his name on the map. With Jimmy Butler and Dion Waiters not factoring into the team’s rotation, Nunn has made himself a fantasy commodity with considerable upside. Across 40 minutes Sunday, he went for 25 points on 9-for-17 shooting, including 5-for-9 from long range. He padded his stat line by adding four rebounds, two assists and two steals. Through his first three NBA contests, Nunn has averaged 22.3 points per game with his next chance to shine coming Tuesday against Atlanta.
