Kendrick Nunn Will Miss Second Straight Game Monday
5 years agoMiami Heat point/shooting guard Kendrick Nunn has been ruled out for Monday’s contest against the Orlando Magic due to Achilles soreness. With Goran Dragic (calf) cleared to go, he is the likeliest candidate to take on increased duties in Nunn’s absence. The rookie will now miss each of Miami’s past two outings, his first absences of the year. Averaging 16.2 points per game, Nunn has quickly gone from an undrafted free agent to a possible First-team All-Rookie candidate who should be rostered in nearly every format. His next chance at getting back on the floor comes Tuesday against Boston.
