6 years agoHouston Rockets power forward/center Kenneth Faried made his first appearance with his new club during Monday’s loss to the Philadelphia 76ers, impressing in 23 minutes off the bench. Faried shot 5-for-7 from the floor, finishing with 13 points and six rebounds. It’s been quite a while since Faried was allowed to run wild on the court for an extended period, and the injury-plagued Rockets could turn out to be a positive situation to revive his career. Keep an eye on how he plays Wednesday versus New York, but he could be worth a speculative add with another strong showing while Clint Capela is sidelined.--Jesse Borek
