6 years agoHouston Rockets power forward/center Kenneth Faried will be absent for Tuesday’s outing against the Toronto Raptors due to a left hip contusion. Now missing his third consecutive contest, Faried being on the sidelines will allow P.J. Tucker to continue logging an extended workload. Faried has had a career revival since arriving in Houston, having compiled 10 double-doubles in 16 games since joining his new franchise. His next chance to return to action comes Friday against the Philadelphia 76ers.--Jesse Borek
