7 years agoAtlanta Hawks forward Kent Bazemore exceeded expectations against the Suns on Tuesday night. Bazemore had 20 points on an accurate 7-for-8 from the field and 4-for-5 from deep. He contributed in other areas slightly but had ball-control issues, turning it over five times in the narrow loss. Though he is a solid player for the most part, his points total against Phoenix was inflated, as he is only averaging 12 points per contest on the year. Shooting approximately 40 percent from both the field and from behind the arc, Bazemore is best suited for a roster spot in deeper leagues, especially in nine-category formats. Outside of his inconsistent scoring numbers, other areas of his game, including in the ball-security department, leave a lot to be desired, and as a result, his presence on nine-category rosters in leagues 12-teams and below should be reserved only if you are in a pinch.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
