6 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Kenta Maeda will likely be placed on the injured list, according to a Dodgers contributor for the LA Times. It is yet to be announced what the injury actually is, though an announcement will be made with his placement on the IL. This does seem like odd timing - Maeda just turned in his best performance of the season on Wednesday night with 12 strikeouts and no earned runs over 6 2/3 innings in a win over the Padres.
