7 years agoLos Angeles Lakers guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope played well all around against the Mavs. KCP saw 35 minutes of action, scoring 14 points on 5-for-8 shooting from the field and 2-for-5 from behind the arc. He also chipped in elsewhere, contributing six boards, four assists and three steals. He has played well this season for the most part, and as long as fantasy owners are OK with his inconsistent play, then he is the guy for you. Nonetheless, with his legal issues seemingly behind him, he should improve going forward for the rest of the season. He will have a fantasy-friendly matchup against the Pelicans on Valentine's Day, a team that is allowing 23.6 points to opposing shooting guards this season.
