3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks shortstop Ketel Marte (hamstring) will be back in action for Tuesday night's game against the San Diego Padres. He will be batting third and slotting in as designated hitter for the game. Marte missed each of the team's last four games with what was described as a mild left hamstring strain. The 28-year-old was swinging the bat well prior to the injury. Over his first 14 games this month, he slashed .300/.397/.540 with eight extra-base hits (six doubles and two homers).--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
