7 years agoGolden State Warriors small forward Kevin Durant has to lead the Warriors in the first round with Stephen Curry out and he showed on Saturday that he's up for that task, sweeping aside memories of the Warriors's end of season struggles as the team blew out the San Antonio Spurs. Durant scored 24 points on 9-for-17 shooting and added eight rebounds and seven assists. He's the most important player on the court in this series and should continue to put up big numbers against a Spurs defensive effort that looked to be lacking in Game One.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
