4 years agoBrooklyn Nets forward Kevin Durant lead his team in scoring, but could not lead them to a win over the Atlanta Hawks Friday night. Durant posted 28 points on 10-for-21 shooting and added eight rebounds, four assists, two three-pointers, two blocks and a steal in 37 minutes. Durant has been posting first-round value this season despite sitting on a back-to-back night and proving he was worth the gamble this year in fantasy drafts. The 37 minutes was also a season-high for Durant and appears to have his injury behind him. The Nets do not have a back-to-back until the 7th, but it remains to be seen if he continues his load management schedule. For now, Durant should be a top tier option Sunday against the 1-5 Washington Wizards.--Dale Johnson - RotoBaller
