5 years agoAtlanta Hawks shooting guard Kevin Huerter was on fire from behind the three-point line on Monday night. In a 123-115 loss to the Denver Nuggets, Huerter hit a season-high six of his eight three-point attempts. He ended the night with 22 points, a season-high eight rebounds, one assist and one steal. Huerter has now scored at least 17 points in four straight games and is averaging 21.6 points in 2020. It's something to keep an eye on in case this is the beginning of a breakout for the second-year player out of Maryland or just a hot streak. He will look to keep it going this week with games against Houston, Washington, and Brooklyn.--Euan Leith
