6 years agoNew York Knicks small forward/power forward Kevin Knox accumulated 21 points and six rebounds in rebounds over 36 minutes in Wednesday's loss to the 76ers. The 19-year-old went 8-for-17 from the field and 3-for-6 from beyond the arc. He has now scored in double-figures a season-high six straight games, which includes three contests of at least 20 points, as he has made multiple three-pointers in each of those contests. The rookie combo forward is averaging 2.5 triples a game in December while making them at a 39.1 percent clip. Knox has not fared well against the Hawks, who the Knicks faces on Friday, as he is averaging just five points on 18.2 percent shooting.--Daniel Benjamin
