2 years agoHouston Rockets guard/forward Kevin Porter Jr. is hoping to sign an extension. Both sides are currently in the preliminary stage of discussions. However, considering Porter has had issues surrounding his conduct dating back to his collegiate days at USC, some within the organization aren't interested in keeping him. Unquestionably, the 22-year-old has more than enough talent to justify a new deal. He's averaged 13.7 points, 4.7 assists, 3.9 boards, and 1.0 steals since entering the league in 2019. He can also play multiple positions, which is never bad for fantasy managers. Yet, Porter's shooting numbers aren't the best, and he's seemingly always one wrong move away from being suspended.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
