Kevin Porter Jr. Will Miss Tuesday’s Contest
3 years agoHouston Rockets point guard Kevin Porter Jr. (ankle) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Clippers, marking his second straight absence due to a sprained left ankle. In addition, head coach Stephen Silas was not optimistic that Porter would be back in time to take the floor for Wednesday's game vs. Utah, either. Without Porter in the mix, Dennis Schroder and Jalen Green stand to take on elevated ball-handling and scoring duties, while Josh Christopher stands to continue seeing run with the second unit. Porter remains an exciting DFS asset when healthy, with the Rockets likely to continue funneling minutes in the 21-year-old's direction down the stretch.
