Khris Middleton Goes For 39 Points On Sunday
5 years agoMilwaukee Bucks forward Khris Middleton compiled 39 points, two rebounds, and four assists in 35 minutes of play during the 140-131 loss to the Suns on Sunday. With his buddy Giannis Antetokounmpo (knee) out, the 2012 pick shouldered the scoring load in a high-scoring affair. The Texas A&M product has now scored at least 20 points in six of the last eight games. Averaging 20.7 points per game, the forward is a great fantasy option as the second-leading scorer on this team, regardless of whether Giannis plays. Middleton will be afforded another chance to score big on Monday when the Bucks play a Nuggets team that ranks in the middle defensively in field goal percentage allowed.
