Khris Middleton Has A Pedestrian Opening Night
5 years agoMilwaukee Bucks small forward Khris Middleton had a forgettable start to his 2019-20 NBA season. Middleton, who signed a five-year extension in the offseason, chipped in 11 points and eight rebounds as the Bucks took down the Houston Rockets on Thursday. A closer look at the box score shows he shot only 25% from the field and made three of his nine three-point attempts. Middleton didn't attempt a free throw either, as 12 of his 16 shots on the night were from outside the paint in his 33 minutes on the court. A lack of aggressiveness and poor efficiency in one game shouldn't set off any alarm bells, but it's a trend fantasy owners should keep an eye on in Middleton's next game against the Miami Heat on Saturday.
