Klay Thompson Leads Warriors In Scoring In Game 3 Loss
7 years agoGolden State Warriors shooting guard Klay Thompson scored a team-high 26 points in Friday's Game 3 loss to the New Orleans Pelicans. Thompson was 9-for-22 from the field and 3-for-9 from deep. He did the majority of his damage during a 20-point second quarter, though, and ended up with just six points in the other three quarters as the Warriors struggled to keep up with New Orleans in the second half. Thompson grabbed seven rebounds and had an assist as well, but he'll continue to do the majority of his work in this series as a shooter.
