7 years agoGolden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson had a fantastic game against the James Harden-less Rockets on Thursday. Thompson was efficient shooting the ball, scoring 28 points on 11-for-20 from the field and 6-for-9 from beyond the arc. He chipped in with an assist or a rebound here and there, but overall, his fantasy effectiveness against Houston came from his stellar shooting performance. Thompson is quietly having one the best seasons of his career, and though his scoring numbers have dropped slightly, he is making up for it with his 45 percent shooting from deep this season. He remains solid defensively, and his ability to remain healthy is an added bonus for what should continue to be a successful season for the former Washington State Cougar.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
