3 years agoGolden State Warriors shooting guard/small forward Klay Thompson (illness) has been given the green light to play in Thursday's game against the Mavericks, confirming his earlier insistence that he would be taking the floor. Thompson missed two outings due to an illness, with his return likely to keep Jordan Poole as the top scoring option among the second unit. In his last meeting with Dallas, Thompson knocked down three triples en route to finishing with 15 points and six assists across 26 minutes. While Golden State is unlikely to fire up the sharpshooter for significant minutes allotments anytime soon, he remains a strong DFS asset for managers eyeing players with solid floors of production.--Jesse Borek
