Kole Calhoun Exits Early
3 years agoArizona Diamondbacks outfielder Kole Calhoun left Wednesday's game against the San Francisco Giants in the top of the second inning with an injury. The ailment seems to be related to one of his legs, Nick Piecoro of The Arizona Republic reports. Prior to leaving the game, he walked in his lone plate appearance. It's been a disappointing year for the 10-year veteran, slashing .238/.293/.354 for the struggling Diamondbacks. He had deep league relevance coming into this campaign but lost almost all of it with his poor numbers, which won't change soon if he has to miss time for the injury.
