6 years agoLos Angeles Angels right fielder Kole Calhoun went 3-for-4 with a home run and three runs scored on Tuesday. The three-hit night snapped Calhoun's 0-for-13 streak in the last four games. Calhoun has been a much better hitter since his horrid .145 start before landing on the disabled list. He's now LA's leadoff hitter, at least against right-handers, and should retain value in deeper leagues going forward. He's only hitting .180 on the year, but has hit .276 since returning on June 18.--patton
