5 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Kole Calhoun went 2-for-4 with a double, a two-run home run and a walk in Tuesday's 9-4 road victory against the Texas Rangers. Calhoun struggled in the month of June, going 18-for-94 (.191) with a double, six homers, 10 RBI and 25 strikeouts, skidding from .241 to .225. It was just his second game with two or more hits in a single game since May 27, and each of his past three multi-hit performances have come on the road. He'll look to keep it going Wednesday night in Texas against RHP Ariel Jurado.--Daniel Dobish
