6 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Kole Calhoun will sit Wednesday against the Twins and will be available off the bench. Calhoun has been swinging a hot bat lately, going 2-for-5 with a double on Tuesday. The veteran is slashing .327/.397/.600 over his last 55 at-bats and his offense has really picked up after being dropped down in the order from the leadoff spot. Calhoun provides a decent amount of power but lacks the consistent offensive production that would make him fantasy viable in most formats. His only value currently would be in deeper leagues or AL-only formats.--Joey C - RotoBaller
