4 years agoDallas Mavericks power forward/center Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) and shooting guard/small forward Josh Richardson (hamstring) have both been bumped up to probable to play in Thursday's contest against the Pistons. Their return comes at a crucial point, as Luka Doncic (elbow) and Dorian Finney-Smith (leg) are both expected to miss the outing. Neither Porzingis nor Richardson has appeared over the team's previous three contests; both are likely to see elevated offensive usage, so long as Doncic's doubtful designation holds up. With a back-to-back approaching over the weekend, Porzingis could face another absence, assuming that he comes out of Thursday's game healthy.--Jesse Borek
