3 years agoDallas Mavericks power forward Kristaps Porzingis (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Atlanta as he continues to battle a bone bruise on his right knee. Injuries have resulted in a start-stop season for Porzingis, who has shot a career-low 28.3% from behind the arc. At 19.2 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 1.7 blocks per outing, Porzingis remains a tantalizing season-long asset when available, although when he will return to action is less clear. Dorian Finney-Smith and Reggie Bullock will continue to see elevated usage while he is sidelined, while Luka Doncic and Jalen Brunson will remain Dallas' offensive focal points.--Jesse Borek
