3 years agoWashington Wizards center Kristaps Porzingis (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's contest against San Antonio as he works his way back from a bone bruise in his right knee. Porzingis has continued to make progress throughout practice, with a return seemingly on the horizon. When healthy, Porzingis is an impactful fantasy asset, having averaged 19.2 points, 7.7 boards, and 1.7 blocks per contest across 34 outings with Dallas this year. He would figure to carry an even larger offensive role with Washington when healthy, although he will likely face something of a minutes cap upon being cleared. His next chance to play comes Saturday vs. the Cavaliers.--Jesse Borek
