5 years agoDallas Mavericks power forward/center Kristaps Porzingis has been cleared to play Tuesday night against the Phoenix Suns after previously being listed as questionable in anticipation of possibly being rested on the second leg of a back-to-back. Head coach Rick Carlisle confirmed that Porzingis would be in action and is not necessarily precluded from playing in back-to-backs moving forward. Dallas has been cautious with Porzingis’ workload since his return from injury last week, and he's averaged 26.1 minutes over his last four contests.--Jesse Borek
