6 years agoAtlanta Falcons quarterback Kurt Benkert will need to have an impressive outing in the fourth preseason game if he is to have a realistic shot of making the roster. Benkert has failed to lay down a real marker this preseason, going 18-for-39 with 244 yards, no touchdowns and two interceptions. A completion percentage of 46.2% against bottom of the roster defenders is not what the Falcons will have wanted to see in this offseason. However, Benkert will have one more shot in the fourth and final preseason game to impress the Falcons. Even if Benkert makes the roster he will have no fantasy value unless there are significant injuries to Matt Ryan and Matt Schaub.--Ben Rolfe
