Kyle Kuzma Fails To Register An Assist Yet Again
6 years agoLos Angeles Lakers small forward/power forward Kyle Kuzma scored nine points, grabbed six rebounds and came up with two steals in Friday night's victory over the Jazz. He was 4-for-12 from the field and 1-for-5 from beyond the arc. The 6-foot-9 combo forward tied his season-best mark in steals. However, the game marked the second straight occasion and the fourth time in the past five outings that he didn't register an assist. Kuzma currently ranks 166th in the league in assist percentage and 187th in assist ratio among all forwards. The 23-year-old also has failed to score in double-figures in three of the last five contests. Kuzma has a tough matchup on Sunday against the Magic, who limited the former University of Utah star to eight points on three of 10 shooting.
