Kyle Lowry Posts Double-Double, Exits With Injury
5 years agoToronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry (neck) recorded his ninth double-double of the season in Friday's 115-106 victory against the Pacers, but the 33-year-old would be forced to exit the game in the second half after a collision with teammate Serge Ibaka on the offensive end. Prior to the injury, Lowry totaled 16 points, 11 assists, one rebound and one steal on 6-for-11 shooting from the field and 3-for-7 from three-point range. Lowry is not expected to play in Saturday's contest against the Nets, and it is safe to expect that the Raptors will be cautious with their All-Star point guard leading into the All-Star break. Terence Davis and Patrick McCaw will see a boost in their minutes if Lowry is forced to miss multiple games, making the two of them worth adding in deeper formats.
