6 years agoToronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry has his status up in the air for Sunday’s matchup versus the Charlotte Hornets due to a right ankle sprain. Lowry has missed four of his team’s past five games due to the ailment. Head coach Nick Nurse said Friday that he expected Lowry back sometime next week, which could preclude him from suiting up Sunday. Should he miss his third straight contest, Fred Vanvleet figures to continue seeing a large workload. Check back closer to tip to get a clearer picture.--Jesse Borek
