3 years agoMiami Heat point guard Kyle Lowry (personal) has been ruled out for Tuesday's contest vs. the Raptors due to a personal matter, marking his ninth consecutive absence. Jimmy Butler is likely to take on elevated ball-handling duties once again without Lowry in the mix, while Gabe Vincent, Max Strus, and Tyler Herro are all in line to see elevated minutes totals. Miami has been mum on when Lowry -- who has averaged 8.3 assists per game in his first season with the Heat -- may return to action. His next chance comes Thursday against San Antonio.--Jesse Borek
