Kyle Rudolph Shows Up In Big Way
6 years agoMinnesota Vikings tight end Kyle Rudolph had himself a career-best type of performance on Sunday, hauling in 9-of-9 targets for 122 yards and two touchdowns in a 27-9 win over the Detroit Lions. He set personal season-highs in catches, receiving yards, and touchdowns in the game. His first touchdown came on a momentum-swinging play, leaping to snag a Hail Mary with no time left on the clock in the first half. Rudolph has been maddeningly inconsistent this year, though, as he now has just four touchdowns for the entire year and hadn't been a fantasy factor for all but a couple games this season. It's best to still view him as a touchdown-dependent TE2 against the division-rival Chicago Bears in Week 17.
