5 years agoSeattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager provided a clutch two-run double in the team's 6-3 win versus the Athletics. He came up with the bases loaded and down a run in the eighth before ripping a double down the line giving the M's a lead they wouldn't relinquish. He finished the game going 1-for-4 with a run as he's now hitting .218 on the season. In 22 games the veteran has four homers, 12 runs, and 11 RBI after missing the first two months with a hand injury. Expect Seager to improve on his average as the season progresses while putting up stable counting stats across the board.
