Kyle Seager Goes Deep For The Ninth Time
3 years agoSeattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager accounted for all of the Mariners' offense Wednesday, hitting a two-run home run in the bottom of the first inning off Detroit Tigers starter Tarik Skubal. It was his ninth home run of the year, and Seager has now hit more home runs at T-Mobile Park than any other player all-time. Seager went 1-for-4 in the contest, striking out in all three plate appearances after the home run. Seager's .224 batting average and .298 OBP for the season leave a lot to be desired, but he's a reliable source of home runs for fantasy managers.
