6 years agoSeattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager went 2-for-4 with a run in his first game back from a partially torn tendon in his hand. The journeyman infielder underwent surgery at the beginning of the season to repair his hand miraculously marking his first trip to an injured list in his major league career. Seager's production has remained consistent across his seven seasons in the bigs making him a viable starter in mixed leagues. There could be some slow progress to his power as hand injuries can linger, but his bat in the middle of the Mariners lineup will help his counting stats blossom.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
