Kyle Seager Hitting .209 Against Right-Handers This Season
7 years agoSeattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager is hitting only .223 this season and has really struggled against right-handed pitching. The left-handed hitting slugger is slashing only .209/.262/.418 against righties through 153 at-bats and is not doing the type of damage that he has enjoyed in the past. He still has decent power numbers (nine home runs, 33 runs batted in) for the season, but the streaky hitter is off to another slow start. Seager last season saw a jump in his slugging percentage from .404 to .508 after the All-Star game and finished the season with 27 home runs. Seager is a buy-low trade candidate in fantasy right now with the hopes he will turn it on in the latter stages of the season.
