6 years agoSeattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager has not impressed many with his batting average this season but has been a solid run producer. Seager has especially done damage away from Safeco Field, slugging. 508 with a team-leading 12 home runs through 44 games played on the road this season. Seager is on a nice streak at the plate right now, slashing .308/.362/.538 over his last 52 at-bats with three home runs and 10 runs driven in. For the season, Seager has 16 home runs, 22 doubles and 54 runs batted in despite an on-base percentage of .289. If Seager's walk rate can climb back up to his career norms, Seager is in line for a strong second half of the season.--Joey C - RotoBaller
