5 years agoSeattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager continued his second-half surge Friday with a pair of doubles in the team's win over the Blue Jays. He now has 13 extra-base hits in August including eight home runs and a .338 batting average after a miserable first half where he hit a measly .203. Seager missed the first two months of the year to a hand injury, and perhaps now he's finally returned to full health. The 31-year-old veteran has made his way into the mixed-league conversation and could provide value down the stretch run as a corner infield option.--Riley Mrack - RotoBaller
