6 years agoSeattle Mariners third baseman Kyle Seager will look to extend his hitting streak to eight games when the Mariners play the Astros on Tuesday. It has been an awful season for Seager but is on a nice run right now and is 9-for-26 (.346) during the streak. What's been even more encouraging is that four of those hits have gone for extra bases. Seager has been one of the more consistent power-hitting third baseman in baseball over the past few seasons but is setting career lows in multiple categories. Fantasy owners could try and capitalize on this hot streak over the next few days but it will be a short-term fix.--Joey C - RotoBaller
