6 years agoBoston Celtics point guard Kyrie Irving had a superb outing against the New York Knicks on Thursday. Irving scored 22 points going nine for fifteen shooting with three of those made shots coming from three-point range. Besides Irving's scoring production he also had eight assists and four boards. In the last five games, Irving has averaged 23.4 points, 7.4 assists, and 4.2 rebounds. In the latter minutes of the fourth quarter, Thursday Kyrie did injure his shoulder so fantasy players should check to see if Irving is playing before inserting him in their lineups especially the next time the Celtics play which is Saturday against the woeful Chicago Bulls.--Matt Sparkington - RotoBaller
