6 years agoSan Antonio Spurs power forward/center LaMarcus Aldridge delivered rather uninspiring outings in his previous two contests, but responded with a dominant 26-point, 10-rebound effort during Monday’s loss to the Brooklyn Nets. Aldridge saw his field-goal attempts hike back up, finishing 12-for-21 from the field, adding in three blocks. With San Antonio in the thick of the Western Conference playoff race, figure for Aldridge to remain a key cog for the Spurs down the stretch. His next outing comes Wednesday against the Detroit Pistons, whom he went for 25 points against on Jan. 7.--Jesse Borek
