6 years agoSan Antonio Spurs power forward/center LaMarcus Aldridge tallied an inefficient 14 points as he was 6-for-16 from the field and 2-for-2 from the charity stripe in Friday's win over the Lakers. The 33-year-old chipped in eight rebounds, one steal along with one block in only 23 minutes. It was his worst shooting performance in nine games and marked just the third time during this span that he failed to make 50 percent of his shots. The 13th-year pro will look to help avenge the Spurs' blowout loss to the Jazz (139-105) on Tuesday when the teams meet on Sunday. Aldridge totaled 16 points on 7-for-10 shooting from the field along with three rebounds, two assists, one block, a steal, and three turnovers in 22 minutes in that game.--Daniel Benjamin
