LaMarcus Aldridge Scores 34 Points Against Nets
7 years agoSan Antonio Spurs power forward LaMarcus Aldridge scored 34 points on Wednesday as the Spurs beat the Brooklyn Nets. Aldridge went 13-for-24 from the field as he scored 30 or more points for the third time in San Antonio's last six games. In addition, Aldridge pulled down eight rebounds and blocked a pair of shots. Before this season, Aldridge had been a bit of a disappointment as a Spur, but he's become the team's focal point, as Kawhi Leonard (quadriceps) has missed the majority of the season due to injury. San Antonio has a tough matchup with the Raptors on Friday, but Aldridge is important enough to the Spurs success that he should remain the team's key player and put up strong fantasy numbers.
