4 years agoCharlotte Hornets point guard LaMelo Ball handed out a career-high 12 assists in Sunday's win over Sacramento, adding 24 points, four rebounds, and one block with four turnovers in 39 minutes. He shot 7-for-12 from the field and was very busy at the charity stripe with a 9-for-10 record. Ball was in very good form throughout February, averaging 20 points, seven assists, and six rebounds with 41 percent shooting from three-point range. He gets another great matchup to start off March on the right foot Monday night when Charlotte faces the Blazers, who have a poor defensive record against opposing guards.
