7 years agoIndiana Pacers guard/forward Lance Stephenson is the X-factor who can help the team to a shocking result in the first-round series against the Cleveland Cavaliers, and that should lead to him getting plenty of minutes. Stephenson, of course, had a famous ear-blowing incident with LeBron back in 2014 in an Eastern Conference Finals meeting between the Pacers and Heat. He made LeBron's life difficult throughout the series and the King didn't perform very well, averaging only 22.8 points, which was nearly six points less than his whole postseason average that year. Stephenson failed to stop LeBron last spring in a first-round sweep, but nobody could cope with the Cavs then. They have looked vulnerable this season and the Pacers could have a chance if Stephenson contributes both offensively and defensively.
